John spearheads the Portland dry tool comp each fall. In '07 he sent $1500 to the SWMCC for the Hyalite fund legal fund and then this fall another $750 for the plowing effort. The balance went to property aquisition at Index WA (a most awesome granite crag).
Hopefully this means the climbers donate $1750 for the 09 -10 season plowing effort! It would be great to have the climbers be in at this level.
If you see some OR plates in the lot extend a hearty thanks and offer 'em a PBR.
