Pallisade - Alpha & Omega

Climbed Pallisade and Omega on Sunday. All are fat and in great shape. Omega is so huge it probably wouldn't be WI5 except for an entertaining little overhang at about two-thirds height. The center of the column was running lots of water and will probably have changed dramatically within a few days. Alpha was also very fat and looked fun and straightforward (we ran out of time). To the right of Alpha there's a third line of yellow ice that's almost formed, but wasn't running any water, so don't know if it will finish connecting. There was a good, obvious boot/ski track into Alpha & Omega. Pallisade offered many options for different lines.

Climbed both Alpha and Omega, both are in great shape, and are fat. We skinned all the way to the open talus field at their base. So there should be and excellent path the entire way, and a speedy decent.

A few years ago we climbed the yellow drip on the right and suggested calling it Epsilon (nobody else seemed to have bothered naming it). It was a skinny piece of ice that started halfway up at the time but it looks like it has filled in great now!
