I've got a pair of used Scarpa Alpha sized 11.5, that are just a little over one year old. My street shoe is size 12 wide. The outside shell has no cracks, just a bunch of scrapes from walking in the Beartooths. The inner liner is in excellent shape. They climb very well for double boot. This also gives you the option to put in a warm Thermo Liner for going to colder climates. Let me know if you are still in the market.
