Gregg Smith and myself climbed the Lowe route on the Sphinx Oct. 23rd and found the route to be in good condition although we bypassed the initial crux pillar. A great day was had!

We were up there weekend of 10/8 and nothing substantial had formed, just a little ice blob at start of the Lowe. May have changed since then; there was a pic up of our trip but looks like somehow that thread was deleted. We hiked up to the saddle in tennis shoes but I'll bet it's much more snowy now.
