Pine Creek

Partially obscured from he trail and occasionally sifted with new snow, the Blue Gully holds a less commanding position than Green, but, for it's grade, is equally as classic as the more famous and pursued cousin. Discovered by Callis and Lev on their excursion to Pine Creek Falls the weekend...

The route lies up the South Fork of Pine Creek- about a mile past the point where the north and south forks split. Large south west facing buttresses makefor excellent day out when the ice is formed. These granite buttresses are visible from Paradise valley, but the ice is not.
