Climbed Elevator Shaft on Saturday. It's in good shape. You could hook your way up the entire front of the pillar or take harder lines. Walked by the Fat One and it looked sticky and fat. Someone was doing The Thrill is Gone on Saturday so maybe they'll give us a report. Climbed Cataract Falls over by Augusta on Friday. It's in good shape.
Anyone do M2 or the Scepter recently? We avoided them because of the Ice Fest but from across the canyon it didn't look like anyone was there.

When you drove into
When you drove into cateract...
1. How was the road, we're going up there Sunday.
2. What could you see of "steamboat" up and to the left when you go by that dude's new house/cabin?
3. And the other lower drip to the right of steamboat?
thanks, thad.
steamboat
on 12/6 the first pitch of steamboat alley was in (thin), nothing visible on the second pitch, no ice visible on the lower right. This was before the last snow/cold but there is probably not enough moisture for the upper steamboat climbs to have improved much since then.
The road was drifted in spots
The road was drifted in spots that definately required a 4 wheel drive. It's probably better now that several of us have busted through the drifts but you probably still need good clearance if not still a 4X4.
I'm not sure what steamboat is. The climbs up and left of the new cabin appear to be bigger than I've ever seen them.
Road will require good
Road will require good clearance for the drifts and a 4x4 would probably be a good idea.
Not sure which climb is steamboat but things up and left of the new cabin look bigger than I've ever seen them.
Elevator Shaft & Fat One
Climbed both yesterday. Fat One is nice and plastic, elevator is a little dry but not bad.
