Amphitheater rap anchors

Hi all-

I removed a few of the webbing anchors from above the southernmost flow in the amphitheater.  I figured that seven separate rap anchors for one ice line and one mixed line was a bit much, so I nixed a few of them.  The most logical anchors were left.
