Pine Creek on 12/26

Had a wonderful climb in the rain yesterday! Blue and Green Gullies are in good shape. Blue was a little rotten and thin in the middle section. Didn't climb Green, but it looks great. Walked up to Pine Creek Falls. Lots of water on the left side. The first pitch of the falls route looked good. Lots of wet rock showing! There is a large tree blown down across the road at the cattle guard before the campground. This adds about 15 min on to the hike in. There's only room for about 6 cars in a small pullout near the blowdown. More parking farther down the road. -T

climbed the blue today, it was in fairly good shape with conditions similar to what TT described. the tree in the road is gone. As for Pine creek falls it might go if you have scuba gear. it was roaring wet with only a thin shield in many places. The Green looked good to go but is perhaps thin at the top. Pray for COLD!!!
