Portland Ice Festival

Mods: feel free to move this to a different forum if it fits there better :) I know... I know... an ice festival in Portland, OR... are you kidding me? Well... I like to think that just because we don't have consistent ice out here doesn't mean we don't like climbing it. I wanted to extend the invitation to anyone interested... if anything you can come out and whoop some butt in the comps and score some sweet prizes and drink free beer. The details: - Portland Rock Gym Oct 14th - Black Diamond, Petzl, Grivel, La Sportiva, Vasque, Arcteryx, and Patagonia on hand with demo gear (if you are a vendor interested in attending send an email to pdxicefestival@gmail.com). - Informal comp with newbie, womens, and open divisions. - You don't have to compete if you don't want to. - Slideshow - Thousands of dollars worth of gear will be raffled (multiple raffles) with all proceeds going to THE ACCESS FUND.
