I will be leading a proposed Colorado Mountain Club trip to climb Mont Blanc and the Matterhorn in July 2007 (NOTE: I am not a guide; I am merely the organizer. These trips are NOT for-profit activities, though leaders are partially compensated for a portion of their expenses). Trip is planned for July 14th - 28th, and will cost approx. $1100 not including airfare (which is estimated to cost $1200).

I have a timeshare reserved in Palm Springs, CA for March 9-16, 2007 (MSU Spring Break week), and am looking for some compatible climbers to come along and climb at Joshua Tree NP. I plan to charge a nominal fee for the lodging (maybe $75 - $100 for the week). It's about a 1 - 2 hour drive from the condo out to climbing areas. Spend Spring Break in nice weather on great rock! If interested, email me (hellenga_gary@yahoo.com).

I need partners who are willing to seek out new routes and go where no climbers may have gone before. I'm also interested in known ice routes that don't get alot of climbing (because they're far to get into). I've found waterfalls that have potential to freeze, but won't know until I have a partner to go in there and try them when we think the conditions are good. I've also found ones that were frozen and would like to go back, in hopes of doing some possible first ascents.

If anyone is interested in getting out on the ice this winter and has weekdays off give me a call (301 639 8283) or email me. I'm looking to get out very soon to anywhere where ice is coming into shape. I'm a competent ice leader and this will be my fourth season climbing ice. Very interested in the beartooths, cooke city area, and cody but anything on a weekday will work. Thanks!

Seeking partners for some backcountry alpine stuff anywhere in the Beartooth/Madison regions. I'm off May 31, june 1,2,3 and need a partner. Prefer a long snow/ice climb or mixed, but long trad rock's ok too! If avy conditions up then let's do some climbs to avoid it, even if it means doing stuff close to the road. Please respond by 28th if possible. amy
