New to the sport

I will be an absolute beginner this season so I am starting off knowing no one to climb with.  I've got all my own gear to at least do top rope or follow if someone leads (I have boots/crampons, tools, harness, biners, belay, single dry rope, helmet, winter clothing).  I also have cross country gear, AT and tele gear, and access to snow shoes and a 4 wheel drive truck to get to more remote climbing places.  I am a 25 year old male, bozeman local, and work a regular mon-fri job which leaves me every sat and sun off.  I'm going to attend the ice season opener put on by MMA on Dec 19th but at $100 a day I will be passing on the bozeman icefest this year.  If you're willing to put up with/mentor a newbie I would love to get in contact with you and maybe have a beer one of these evenings to chat.  I can be contacted by email (jbarnick@gmail.com) or phone (406-989-1217).  John Barnick
