went up yesterday with the usual suspects in hopes of new adventures. started with the Golden Mean and upon closer inspection found it largely fractured just below the lip. some rapid downclimbing lead us to more postholing up and around to the base of through four more. afternoon sun made for perfect sticks. this pitch could use some anchor attention if anyone is so inclined, currently has a vthread and some sketchy pins that we decided to avoid. just down the hill a dazzling pitch caught our eye, not sure of the name, homefield advantage?? , anyways, bolted mix climb. so nice to climb a harder pitch and have the gear be casual. highly recomended. just a little trip report, boot pack is in.

Home Field Advantage
That is Home Field Advantage (M7ish) in the basin just below Through Four More. In case you didn't notice, the low-angle rock corner on the right has a single bolt protecting a bulge and that leads up to a chain anchor. That anchor can be used to top rope the mixed, cobbled wall right of HFA which has some fine climbing. Get these routes while you can. With more sunny days they will disappear quick and they don't come back once the days start getting longer.
