New Route on Upper Flanders Wall

Kyler P and I had been eyeing the yellow thing about 150m left of Fact or Flander during the last few trips up to the flanders drainage. We went up there and climbed it on sunday. The rock was decent, there was good (at least existant) pro through the crux. The best piece was a runner threaded through a space between two cobbles before getting onto the ice. We climbed the route in two pitches, but it is reccomended to do the route in one long pitch as the belay for the second pitch poor in both good peices and protection from falling ice. - The climbing is good, the ice follows a water groove and there are lots of opportunities for good stemming. Its nice to be pulling on a crimper and swinging at some ice as well. The crux isnt too long but is genuinely technical. Neil, Fact or Flander looks about the same as it did in early November when Nate, Erik, and I climbed it, although the top is thicker now. The bottom is far from touching, but climbable due to the bolt ladder (which is quite fun). Oh yeah, you need a green alien sized piece at one point between bolts. Fun stuff.
