*NEW*Anchors atop Blackline Std???

Just some information regarding the new anchors that sit atop of blackline std route. I went out there the other day and found out that there are some new anchors atop black line that are right on the lip and have chains on them . Now I am not sure the purpose of these anchors as there are already a set of bolts on top to belay from and you cannot use these new ones for a belay set up. Secondly, these anchors still do not allow you to top rope blackline with one rope unless you have a 70m and consequently you are unable to make a single rope rap unless you have a FULL 60M and then it may still be suspect depending on rope stretch. We never ended up using them and always walked the ten feet to the rap station to the north east and then made a second rap from alto ray. While I do appreciate the other work that these people did such as cleaning some loose rocks from the top and tightening the hanger atop alto ray, these new anchors kinda irritated me as they seem useless. Regarding fixed gear: I added the chain to the Diesel Driver / Peter Built belay - it was one bolt and a pin, not equalized. Now it sports a 1/2 inch bolt and a SS Fixe chain. This is not a new station, simply improving an existing one. Conrad
