California Ice - March 16th

The approach and ice are both in good shape. The second pitch of the crux 80 meters is pretty much vertical. It seems more like WI5. [img]http://montanaice.com/forums/user_images/IMG_0162.JPG[/img]

i was up there on the 21st the road had about 4 inchs of crusted powder, the tril was packed and woods were knee deep, the gullies were waist+ that said i'm only about 5'6".
